Just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the outstanding service you performed on my Testarossa. As you are aware, I have had a number of vintage Ferraris and finding a good mechanic that has both the knowledge and access to replacement parts is not easy. I am so thankful that I discovered your garage and you were willing to take on the challenge of some very complicated issues.

Prior to finding you, I have used a number of different reputable Ferrari mechanics in the Tampa area. Knowing they tried their best to service my issues and was never totally satisfied with the results. Often they could not properly diagnose the problems, had trouble locating parts, often used incorrect fluids, and were incredibly expensive. You, on the other hand, are the complete opposite. My first impression was how excited you were to work on the car and were not at all troubled by the difficult challenges. Your knowledge and experience is the best I have found, even as compared to my mechanics in France and Italy, when I lived there. Your shop is perfectly equipped with the latest in technology and is superbly clean and organized. You do a great job of communicating what you find and the solution to doing the correct repairs.

And last, but certainly not least, your labor rates and parts pricing is fantastic. Within the past couple of years I have paid other Ferrari master mechanics as much 40% more than you charge. Another terrific advantage you offer is the fact that you do all of the repairs yourself personally. There is no worry about someone with less experience performing even the minor repairs and maintenance. I am also happy to find that you can service all types of foreign makes. The work you recently performed on my 500 SL was equally exceptional and we will continue to use you on all of our vehicles including the Acura and Lexus. Lastly, I was very appreciate of you having the car professionally detailed prior to delivering it to me. What service!!! Thanks so much and please feel free to use me as a reference at any time.
